Educate residents and families on health-related topics, promoting understanding and empowerment
Maintain accurate and timely documentation in resident medical records
Required Skills:
Current and unencumbered LPN license in the State of South Dakota
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Empathetic and patient-centered approach to care
Strong team player with ability to work collaboratively
Qualifications:
Completion of an accredited LPN program
Experience in long-term care or similar healthcare setting preferred but not mandatory
