Remote Logistics & Sales Agent – Truckload & LTL + AI SaaS
Overview FS Fulfillment is building something bold: we provide end-to-end 3PL Amazon fulfillment, truckload, LTL services, and an Agentic AI SaaS platform company. We’re looking for entrepreneurial, self-driven people to join us at the ground floor. Our first center is located in Pompano Beach, FL, but we are going nationwide. We provide tech, leads, training (from 30 years’ experience), and growth opportunity — you bring the drive, hustle, and results. We are a division of Father & Son Moving, established in 1908, and we bring game-changing Agentic AI technology into the logistics industry. What You’ll Do (Dual Role): • Sell full truckload and LTL freight services to businesses (cold outreach, account management). Leads provide and support • Partner with prospects/agents to adopt and sell our AI SaaS logistics tools • Maintain and grow a pipeline, manage sales cycles, close deals • Work remotely, but with collaboration, meetings, targets, and accountability • Use the systems, marketing, and resources we supply Must-Haves: • Strong sales aptitude or prior sales experience (ideally B2B or logistics) • Good communication skills, integrity, hustle • Self-starter, comfortable working remotely • Ability to learn new tech & operate a sales stack Nice to Have: • Logistics experience, freight, dispatch, truckload / LTL knowledge • Exposure to SaaS or software sales • Network or contacts in transportation/supply chain Compensation & Benefits: • Base + commission structure (high upside for performance) • All technology, leads, and tools provided • Training, mentorship, career path • Remote work, flexibility • Opportunity to be part of a growing, innovative company Why Join Us Now?
