Required Skills
Ā A minimum of 2 years of customer service experience, demonstrating expertise in client engagement.
Ā A strong interest in supply chain dynamics; relevant knowledge is advantageous.
Ā Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Outlook, Excel, and Word.
Ā Familiarity with mainframe systems such as AS/400 is a plus; experience with J.D. Edwards is highly desirable.
Ā Excellent multitasking capabilities coupled with meticulous attention to detail.
Qualifications
Ā At least 2 years of relevant experience in a customer service environment.
Ā Strong communication and interpersonal skills to navigate a fast-paced setting effectively.
Ā A high school diploma or equivalent is required; a degree in Business or Logistics is preferred but not mandatory.
