Key Responsibilities
Cultivate and maintain robust relationships with families and Au Pairs in your local area.
Guide families through the Au Pair matching process and ensure they understand program policies and expectations.
Conduct in-home interviews to prepare families for welcoming an Au Pair.
Facilitate in-home orientations for newly arrived Au Pairs, ensuring a smooth transition.
Maintain ongoing communication with both families and Au Pairs through phone calls and in-person meetings.
Organize local cultural events that promote engagement and connection among Au Pairs.
Collaborate effectively with headquarters staff to deliver exceptional support to families and Au Pairs.
Address conflicts and concerns professionally, providing conflict resolution.
Implement marketing strategies to encourage program growth within your community.

Compensation And Benefits
