The Loan Officer will build and grow a portfolio of real estate investor clients, serving as a trusted advisor and managing a pipeline of loans from origination to funding. Responsibilities Build and grow a portfolio of real estate investor clients through referrals, networking, and repeat business Originate Fix & Flip, DSCR, and New Construction loans from first conversation to funded Serve as a trusted advisor — capture the full story of each deal and bring creative, honest solutions to the table Collaborate closely with our processing team to keep files moving and closings on time Manage your pipeline with discipline and follow-through using our CRM Attend investor meetups, real estate events, and industry networking opportunities Hit your production goals. Then set new ones Skills 1+ years of experience in mortgage origination, private/hard money lending, real estate sales, title, or escrow A genuine passion for real estate investment — you understand the deals, not just the paperwork Sales-driven with a relationship-first mentality — our borrowers keep coming back because they trust us, and we need you to earn that same loyalty Comfortable in a fast-paced environment where no two days look the same CRM proficiency and solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office Integrity that shows up when no one's watching — if you can't tell a borrower something they don't want to hear when it's the right thing to do, this isn't the right fit.
