Client Direct Mortgage is hiring In-Office Loan Officer Recruiters to help grow one of the most advanced mortgage platforms in the country. This role is ideal for motivated individuals early in their career who want hands-on, in-office experience in sales, recruiting, and technology. Responsibilities • Work in-office alongside our recruiting team • Speak with loan officers exploring new platforms • Confidently explain CDM’s structure, tech, and flexibility • Track recruiting activity inside Salesforce • Help loan officers complete sign-up • Goal: 1 loan officer signed per shift Skills • Minimum 3 shifts per week • Shifts must be spread across at least 3 different days • Schedule set weekly • Able to work in-office at our location • Strong communicators comfortable on the phone • No mortgage experience required — we train you • College students or early-career professionals • Interested in sales, recruiting, or business operations • Comfortable learning CRM and software systems Benefits • $50 bonus per loan officer sign-up • Paid at the end of each shift Company Overview • Client Direct Mortgage is a mortgage brokerage firm that helps homeowners with purchase and refinancing needs.It was founded in undefined, and is headquartered in Seattle, Washington, USA, with a workforce of 11-50 employees.
