Summary Description:
We are seeking a talented and experienced Loan Closer/Underwriter to join our team remotely in the U.S. This is a long-term/permanent full-time position. As a Loan Closer/Underwriter, you will be responsible for preparing loan documents, coordinating escrows and notary dates, tracking processes, signing off on conditions, and ensuring regulatory compliance. We are looking for... individuals who have excellent written and verbal communication skills, the ability to multitask, and a strong understanding of the Bank Secrecy Act and Federal SAFE Act Legislation. This position offers a competitive payment of $85.00-$200.00 per loan signing appointment.

- Track processes and sign off on conditions
- Notify parties of exceptions and work to determine concerns to complete the loan
- Review documents to confirm conditions are met
- Maintain regulatory compliance
- Ensure supported qualifications and conditions are met
- Coordinate with Loan Officer, Processor, and Escrow
- Coordinate wire requests with Accounting and Electronic Funds Transfer
Qualifications:
- High school diploma required, college degree preferred
- 2+ years of experience in closing, funding, processing, underwriting, or originating
