Job Summary
We're looking for a talented Loan Closer to provide escrow services for residential and commercial resale, new construction, and refinance transactions. As a key member of our team, you will facilitate real estate transactions, deliver high-level customer service, and maintain proactive communication with internal and external customers throughout the closing process.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the entire real estate closing process, ensuring compliance with real estate contracts, lender instructions, title requirements, company requirements, and other written instructions
Understand the integration of your team with related teams to accomplish objectives and drive success
Impact the quality, timeliness, and effectiveness of the team through your work and contributions
Recognize and solve atypical problems that occur infrequently, using your expertise and judgment to resolve issues
Evaluate and select solutions from existing precedents or procedures, communicating complex information to internal and external stakeholders
Work under limited supervision, using discretion to modify work practices and processes to achieve results or improve efficiency
Act as a resource for less experienced team members, sharing your knowledge and expertise to support their growth and development
Perform all other duties as assigned by management, demonstrating your flexibility and commitment to the team's success
