[Remote] LNP Specialist - Provisioning

The role involves provisioning and configuring telecommunications services and solutions, ensuring an exceptional customer experience while maintaining operational excellence. Responsibilities Provision and configure telecommunications services and solutions for customers accurately and efficiently Verify customer orders and ensure all necessary documentation is complete and correct Collaborate with sales and technical teams to confirm service requirements and timelines Diagnose and resolve provisioning issues, ensuring a smooth deployment process Maintain and update internal documentation and records related to provisioning activities Provide timely updates to customers regarding the status of their orders and services Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance provisioning processes and workflows Skills 1-3 years of experience in a provisioning, configuration, or similar role within the telecommunications or technology industry Understanding of telephony concepts and technologies is highly desirable Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment Proficiency in using provisioning tools and CRM systems Effective verbal and written communication skills to interact with customers and team members Benefits Extensive Benefit Options (Health, Vision, Dental, Long & Short term Disability) effective after a short waiting period Matching 401K program - 100% match on 4%.
