Position Overview

As a Live Chat Support Agent at arenaflex, you will be the frontline representative of our brand, interacting with customers through real-time chat conversations. Maintain quality standards by adhering to arenaflex's service guidelines, policies, and best practices throughout every interaction.

Required Qualifications & Skills

Essential Requirements


Excellent written communication skills in English, with the ability to convey information clearly, professionally, and with proper grammar and punctuation.
Strong customer service orientation – a genuine desire to help customers and create positive experiences is essential for success in this role.
Typing proficiency with a minimum typing speed of 40 words per minute to handle chat interactions efficiently.
Multitasking ability – you must be comfortable handling multiple conversations simultaneously while maintaining quality and accuracy.
Problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail to identify issues and implement effective solutions quickly.
Self-motivation and discipline to work independently in a remote setting without constant supervision.
Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as our customers need support around the clock.
Reliable home office setup – including a stable internet connection, quiet workspace, and compatible computer equipment.
Legal authorization to work in the location where you'll be stationed.
