You will be responsible for providing prompt, accurate, and helpful responses to customer inquiries, ensuring that every interaction leaves a positive impression and drives customer satisfaction.

What You'll Be Doing

As a crucial member of our customer support team, you will handle a diverse range of inquiries through live chat interfaces. Your daily responsibilities will include:


Responding to Live Chat Inquiries: Engage with customers in real-time through website chat widgets and social media messaging platforms, providing immediate assistance for their questions and concerns.
Customer Support Excellence: Address support questions from existing customers, including order status inquiries, shipping updates, return requests, refund processing, and product troubleshooting.
Sales Assistance: Guide potential new customers through their purchasing journey by answering product questions, explaining features, providing pricing information, and helping them find the right products or services.
Information Provision: Communicate current discount offers, promotional codes, shipping rates, delivery timeframes, return policies, and inventory availability accurately and professionally.

Availability: Minimum of 10 hours per week, with flexibility to set your own schedule within those hours. We welcome candidates who can offer more availability.
