- Engage with customers in real-time through live chat to provide support, answer questions, and resolve issues
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions and follow up as needed
- Stay up-to-date on company products, services, and policies to provide accurate information to customers
- Identify opportunities for improvement in processes and procedures to enhance the customer experience
Requirements:
- Adaptable and energetic personality traits
- Excellent communication skills
- Innovative problem-solving abilities
- 3 years of experience in a customer service or live chat role
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in typing and computer skills
- High school diploma or equivalent
