- High school diploma or equivalent; associates or bachelors degree preferred.
- Proven experience in a customer service or support role, ideally in a remote or live chat environment.
- Excellent written communication skills with a keen attention to detail and clarity.

- Proficiency with live chat software and customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
