[Remote] Litigation Paralegal or Legal Assistant (FINRA experience preferred)
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Patil Law, P.C. is a national litigation firm specializing in high-stakes securities disputes and regulatory matters. The Litigation Paralegal or Legal Assistant will assist attorneys with case preparation, manage legal documents, and support litigation workflows in FINRA and other regulatory cases.
Responsibilities
ā¢ Assist attorneys with case preparation
ā¢ Manage legal documents
ā¢ Review and process case files
ā¢ Communicate with clients
ā¢ Conduct legal research
ā¢ Draft legal documents such as pleadings and motions
ā¢ Ensure timely and accurate document filing
ā¢ Update clients on matters
ā¢ Support litigation workflows in FINRA and other regulatory cases
Skills
ā¢ Experience with Legal Document Preparation, including drafting pleadings and motions
ā¢ Expertise in Document Review and management of case files
ā¢ Proficiency in conducting Legal Research relevant to securities disputes and FINRA regulations
ā¢ Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
ā¢ Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
ā¢ Familiarity with FINRA arbitration procedures and securities regulation
ā¢ Bachelor's degree or Paralegal Certification
