[Remote] Litigation Attorney - Trust & Estate Litigation

They are seeking a California-licensed Litigation Attorney with 1–3 years of experience to manage trust and estate litigation matters and provide hands-on litigation experience from intake through resolution. Responsibilities Manage assigned trust and estate litigation matters with appropriate oversight Draft and file pleadings, motions, briefs, and discovery Conduct legal research and contribute to case strategy Handle discovery, including meet-and-confer efforts and depositions Prepare for and appear at hearings, mediations, and court proceedings Communicate proactively and clearly with clients Collaborate with paralegals and staff to ensure deadlines and filings are met Skills J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school Active California Bar license in good standing 1–3 years of litigation experience with increasing independence Strong legal writing, research, and oral advocacy skills Experience with discovery and court appearances Ability to manage multiple matters and deadlines Professional, client-focused demeanor and sound judgment Benefits Medical and vision insurance Life insurance Short-term and long-term disability insurance Paid time off and paid holidays 401(k) with firm contribution CLE and professional development support Mentorship and hands-on litigation experience Company Overview Snyder Law is located in Orange County and focuses on helping parents, seniors, and veterans protect what matters most today and in the future through custom estate planning solutions.
