Key Responsibilities Promote the Lifeline and ACP programs to eligible consumers, either remotely or in-field, and facilitate the enrollment process. Provide exceptional customer service and support to program participants, addressing their queries and concerns. Identify and verify eligibility documentation, such as government identification, EBT cards, Medicaid, housing assistance, and SSI/SSDI award letters. Utilize various marketing channels, including social media, to reach potential participants and grow your customer base. Work independently, either remotely or in-field, to achieve sales targets and expand the program's reach. Participate in online training and background checks as required. Essential and Preferred Qualifications While prior experience is not necessary, you'll need to demonstrate a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and a willingness to learn.
