We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Professionals to join our growing team. The ideal candidates will provide high-quality services to our existing and future clients, helping them navigate their personal or business financial challenges and improve their overall financial position and goals. This role requires strong interpersonal skills, the ability to analyze client needs, and a commitment to fostering a supportive environment.
Duties
ā¢ Conduct individual and group sessions to educate and address various financial topics.
ā¢ Develop personalized financial plans based on client assessments and goals.
ā¢ Maintain accurate and confidential client records in compliance with legal and ethical standards.
ā¢ Provide guidance and recommendations, as needed, ensuring clients fiduciary needs and goals are met.
ā¢ Collaborate with other agents, as needed, to coordinate comprehensive plans for clients.
ā¢ Utilize effective customer support techniques to enhance client satisfaction and engagement.
ā¢ Engage in outbound calling as necessary for follow-ups or outreach programs.
ā¢ Demonstrate excellent phone/Zoom etiquette when communicating with clients and other agents.
ā¢ Participate in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices in financial services.
Skills
ā¢ Multilingual abilities are highly valued, enabling better service for clients from various backgrounds.
ā¢ A background in sales can be beneficial for promoting services and engaging clients effectively.
ā¢ Life Licensed in resident state, preferred
