Required Skills
Ā Demonstrated experience in retail sales, insurance sales, or a comparable customer-facing role.
Ā Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on building trust and rapport with clients.
Ā Proficiency in assessing client needs and aligning them with suitable product offerings.
Ā Bilingual capabilities are advantageous but not mandatory.
Ā Experience in outside sales is a plus.
Qualifications
Ā A minimum of 2 years of sales experience is preferred.
Ā While an Insurance Producer License or Life Insurance License is preferred, it is not a strict requirement.
