About the Role: Join the team as a Remote Insurance Agent Representative. You ll assist new and existing clients by answering inquiries, helping them select Medicare plans, and ensuring a smooth and satisfying customer experience all from the comfort of your home. Key Responsibilities: Engage with customers via phone, email, chat, or social media to resolve inquiries. Handle high-volume inbound calls, providing support and selling Medicare products. Help clients choose the most suitable plans based on their needs. Maintain confidential records and update call logs for auditing/reporting. Build lasting relationships with clients through exceptional service. Provide payment support and upsell additional services when appropriate. Report feedback on customer experiences and system issues. Requirements: Minimum 6 months of customer service experience preferred. Must be 18 years or older. High School Diploma or GED required. Home state Life & Health Insurance License is mandatory. Typing speed of at least 25 WPM. Proficient with desktop computers and Windows operating systems. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills. Comfortable working independently in a virtual team environment.
