[Remote] Licensing Manager

They are seeking a highly organized and proactive Licensing Manager to manage medical licensing and support contractors with licensure applications. Responsibilities Track and manage license expiration dates in our internal system Coordinate renewals with our locums management team Support contractors applying for licensure via direct State Applications, IMLC, and FCVS Update bolthires/Resumes of FPS Contractors with updated/expired license information Help forecast licensing needs and streamline documentation with the CEO/COO/CFO Work within our systems: AirTable, 1Password, Gmail/bolthires Workspace Skills 1+ year experience in medical licensing, credentialing, or healthcare admin Strong organizational & communication skills High attention to detail with a passion for being precise, meticulous, & managing deadlines Familiarity with IMLC, FCVS, or state medical boards Benefits 100%Remote Work Flexible Schedule & unlimited PTO Supportive, collaborative team, and ideal work-life balance.Training provided for the right candidate Meaningful work that supports forensic professionals across the country Company Overview Founded in 2018, FPS was built on the belief that accessing qualified forensic professionals should be straightforward and hassle-free.
