We provide: • Steady stream of referrals • Competitive compensation, with opportunities for growth. • Billing • Monthly case consultation group • Bonuses every 6 months (marketing and blogging required to receive bonus) Requirements: • Master’s degree or higher in counseling, social work, psychology or mental health related fields. • Current state of Illinois license as Psychologist, LCSW, LCPC, or LMFT • Minimum 2 years post-licensure experience • Malpractice insurance (a 1M/3M policy). • A successful candidate will be independent in scheduling established clients, case management, and will have outstanding written and verbal communication skills. • Paneled with BCBS a plus • Individuals licensed in PSYPACT states may also apply We value a company culture that is people-oriented, with a focus on being supportive, fairness and diversity.
