Remote Licensed Therapist Position
Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
Ā Deliver individual therapy sessions to adults, teenagers, and/or couples.
Ā Complete electronic documentation, including treatment plans and progress notes.
Ā Utilize the DSM-5 for accurate diagnoses.
Ā Effectively manage your schedule, including client appointments and follow-ups.
Ā Collaborate with other healthcare professionals as necessary to ensure comprehensive care.
Ā Maintain a clean and professional workspace.
Required Skills
Ā Current licensure as a therapist (LCPC, LCSW, or LMFT) in the State of Illinois.
Ā A minimum of one year of counseling experience, with previous private practice experience being advantageous but not mandatory.
Ā Strong organizational skills and the ability to independently manage your schedule and client communications.
Ā Familiarity with technology, including G Suite, Google Docs, TherapyNotes, and VOIP systems.
Ā A genuine passion for assisting others and a commitment to ongoing professional development.
Qualifications
Ā Licensed as an LCPC, LCSW, or LMFT in Illinois.
Ā At least one year of relevant counseling experience.
Ā Reliability and organization in handling scheduling and communication tasks.
Ā Strong interest in working in a private practice setting.
