Position Overview As a Remote Licensed Therapist - Part Time Contractor, you'll play a critical role in our mission to transform behavioral health care. You'll work with participants through our structured, evidence-based programs, focusing on actionable skills and healthy, life-long habits. This is a 1099 contract position, offering the flexibility to work remotely from anywhere within the U.S., provided you're licensed in Oregon. Key Responsibilities Deliver remote care throughout an 8-week evidence-based program, ensuring participants receive the support they need. Monitor participant progress, provide follow-up communications, and document session notes in accordance with our standards. Participate as a member of the care team, assisting participants with accessing resources and obtaining necessary consent and authorization forms. Identify and respond to high-risk participant encounters, following company protocols to ensure safety and well-being. Engage in regularly scheduled meetings with supervisors, monthly team meetings, and Town Halls to stay aligned with best practices and company updates. Maintain the highest standards of confidentiality as outlined in HIPAA Privacy & Security policies, ensuring compliance with annual training requirements. Compensation and Schedule We're offering a competitive compensation rate of $40-$60 per session hour, dependent on your state of residence. For Oregon-licensed therapists, this is a fantastic opportunity to earn a rewarding income while working a schedule that suits your lifestyle. You'll be required to maintain a consistent schedule of at least 10 hours per week, within the hours of 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. local time, which can be spread across the week or on weekends. Qualifications and Skills Required Qualifications Active, unrestricted, independent clinical license in Oregon: Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or state equivalent. Ability to maintain a consistent schedule for patients, committing to 10+ hours per week. Preferred Qualifications Clinical experience in conducting psychotherapy using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other solution-focused approaches. Interest in obtaining licensure in other states, demonstrating a commitment to expanding your professional horizons.
