Key Responsibilities Deliver high-quality, remote care to participants through an 8-week evidence-based program, utilizing your expertise in psychotherapy and solution-focused approaches. Monitor participant progress, provide follow-up communications, and care coordination recommendations to ensure seamless care. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of session notes, adhering to our high standards of confidentiality and HIPAA compliance. Participate in regularly scheduled meetings with supervisors, monthly team meetings, and Town Halls to stay connected with the team and aligned with company goals. Identify and respond to high-risk participant encounters, following company protocols to ensure participant safety and well-being. Assist participants in accessing resources and obtaining necessary consent and authorization forms. Requirements and Qualifications Essential Qualifications Active, unrestricted, independent clinical license in Oregon: Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or state equivalent. Ability to maintain a consistent schedule for patients (10+ hours/week) within the hours of 9a-8pm local time. Strong clinical skills, with experience conducting psychotherapy utilizing evidence-based approaches. Preferred Qualifications Clinical experience with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other solution-focused approaches. Interest in obtaining licensure in other states, demonstrating a commitment to expanding your reach and impact. Passion for impacting lives and shaping the future of behavioral care. What You'll Need to Succeed To excel in this role, you'll need: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with participants and collaborate with colleagues. A commitment to maintaining the highest standards of confidentiality and HIPAA compliance. Ability to work independently in a remote setting, with a strong self-motivation and discipline. Proficiency in using technology to facilitate remote care, including video conferencing platforms and electronic health records.
