Key Responsibilities

Efficiently manage and document a caseload of 12-25 clinical sessions weekly.
Complete electronic notes, treatment plans, and DSM 5 diagnoses punctually.
Schedule and manage client appointments while collaborating with other healthcare providers and family members to ensure holistic client care.

Maintain a welcoming and organized environment for clients.
Required Skills
Active licensure as an LCPC, LCSW, or LMFT in Illinois.
A minimum of one year of counseling experience is required; prior experience in private practice is advantageous but not mandatory.
Demonstrated ability to handle caseloads independently with strong communication and organizational skills.
A collaborative spirit and a commitment to creating a supportive atmosphere for both clients and colleagues.
Qualifications
Current Illinois state license (LCPC, LCSW, LMFT).
At least one year of counseling experience, ideally focused on individual therapy.
Strong computer proficiency, including familiarity with G Suite, Google Docs, TherapyNotes, and VOIP applications.
