What You'll Do (Remotely!)
As a Licensed Insurance Customer Service Agent, you'll:
• Support and Strengthen Relationships: Provide prompt, professional, and compassionate support to our policyholders.
• Drive Retention and Loyalty: Conduct policy reviews, process documentation, and assist clients with changes or claims.
• Proactively Generate Leads: Identify cross-sell and referral opportunities within our existing client base and pass qualified leads to the sales team.
• Ensure Communication Excellence: Use phone, email, and virtual tools to maintain clear and timely communication with clients.
• Policy Review and Analysis: Evaluate renewals based on client needs and coverage goals.
What We Offer
Competitive Salary with No Cap on Commissions
$45,000.00 – $75,000.00 per year (based on experience)
Bonus + Commission Opportunities
Comprehensive Benefits Package:

• Property & Casualty License required
• Allstate Experience is a plus but not required
• Life & Health License is a plus but not required
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
