Answer customer inquiries and resolve issues related to payments, billing, and policy changes
Handle policy change requests, issue certificates of insurance, and implement changes online
Provide general phone and email support to customers regarding renewals, cancellations, and insurance carrier requests
Collaborate with our team to deliver exceptional customer service and support agency needs
Requirements and Qualifications:
Minimum 3 years of experience in property and casualty insurance
Property and Casualty License required
Experience in personal or commercial lines (or both)
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and Outlook
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
