Job Overview

We are currently seeking dedicated and independently licensed mental health professionals (LICSW, LMFT, LMHC, SUDP) to join our esteemed team, delivering essential behavioral health services within Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNFs). This role offers the flexibility to work remotely or onsite, allowing you to determine your own schedule and caseload as either a W2 Employee or an Independent Contractor.

Key Responsibilities
• Perform comprehensive diagnostic evaluations and create tailored treatment plans.
• Provide psychotherapy and offer consultations both in-person at Skilled Nursing Facilities and remotely via our advanced Telehealth software.
• Ensure timely and accurate documentation through our EMR system (Athena I).
• Uphold agency policies and procedures to guarantee quality care and compliance.

Qualifications
• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related discipline.
• Current licensure in Washington State as LICSW, LMFT, SUDP, or LMHC.
• National Provider Identifier (NPI) is required.
• Professional Liability Insurance is necessary.
• Medicaid/Medicare credentialing is advantageous.
• Compliance with vaccination requirements may be mandated by certain facilities.
• Current TB test and CPR/AED/First Aid certification are essential.

• Exceptional written communication abilities.
• Strong attention to detail combined with organizational skills.
• Ability to maintain flexibility and effectiveness in high-pressure situations.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.

Compensation And Benefits
• Competitive salary range based on licensure and billable hours, between (42,000 and )95,000 annually.
