As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will provide top-notch service to our clients, addressing their concerns, and helping them make informed decisions about their health insurance plans.

Key Responsibilities:
Deliver exceptional customer service, resolving issues and retaining current clients
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of health insurance products, services, and regulations
Process incoming and outgoing phone calls, emails, and chats in a professional and efficient manner
Document customer interactions, issues, and resolutions accurately and timely
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experiences
Stay current with industry developments, continuing education, and carrier requirements
Requirements:
Active and current Health, or Health & Life/Accident home state license
High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education may be preferred
Minimum 1 year of experience in telemarketing, customer service, or office setting
Excellent verbal communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including holidays and weekends
Strong internet-based, multi-screen computer navigation skills
