Job Overview:
We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Licensed Counselor to join our team at CT Institute For Communities, Inc. (CIFC Health) as a part-time, fully remote clinician. As a valued member of our team, you will provide community-based therapy to adult and pediatric patients, conducting diagnostic psychosocial evaluations, developing care plans, and offering individual, family, or group therapy sessions. Key Responsibilities:
Conduct remote/telehealth treatment sessions with clients, including initial evaluations, individual, group, and family therapy
Develop and implement personalized treatment plans, coordinating care with clients, families, and healthcare providers as needed
Perform crisis interventions, assess for immediate safety concerns, and guide clients in developing skills and strategies for achieving their goals
Maintain accurate and timely documentation, including progress notes, treatment plans, and discharge summaries
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, participate in clinical meetings, and contribute to the development of best practices in behavioral health care
Requirements:
Current CT LCSW, LPC, or LMFT license issued by the Department of Public Health
Bilingual candidates are strongly encouraged to apply
