Remote Licensed Clinical Psychologist (PT/FT) - Assessment Only

Mind and Motion is currently seeking a Full-Time or Part-Time Licensed Psychologist to join our team in the Johns Creek area to provide quality assessment and/or therapy services. This position has endless potential and is very flexible. While this job is remote, the candidate must be currently licensed in Georgia. New grads and experienced clinicians are welcome to apply as we offer supervision and mentorship. Must demonstrate an ability to work with families and caregivers to incorporate therapeutic techniques into the interests and routines of the family. Must have the ability to evaluate and treat disorders and delays that affect our patient’s ability to perform daily activities and research their educational goals.

Duties
• Work in close relationship with the clinical team to provide high quality, multidisciplinary treatment.
• Work in close relationship with the administrative team to provide high quality, administrative customer service.
• Complete job duties and tasks under the clinical supervision of the Clinical Director of Mental Health Services.
• Know and become compliant with HIPAA and how it relates to the scope of the position.
• Obtain familiarity with and follow practice procedures and policies regarding psychological assessment and therapy/counseling.
• Obtain familiarity with and follow practice procedures for neuropsychological/psychological assessments.
• Fulfill the billable hourly requirements stipulated by the employment agreement.
• Work within the clinic’s existing business solutions and add value to these resources.
• Abide by all confidentiality requirements.
• Act in a manner conducive to the role that is being conferred during the agreement, in accordance with the values and mission of the company.
• Work efficiently and effectively to complete: Clinical Interviews, Family History Intakes, SOAP/Progress Notes, and/or Psychological Reports in a timely manner.
• Supervision of clinical activities related to in-house psychometrists or other designated staff.
• Participate in marketing or community awareness activities related to fulfilling the company’s goals associated to growth and awareness.

Preferred Qualifications
• Ability to show completion of an APA-approved internship or residency in clinical or counseling psychology.
• Ability to present and maintain a current license to practice psychology in the state of Georgia.
• Ability to show completion of pre-doctoral or postdoctoral training or experience in clinical psychology/neuropsychology or have completed a minimum of 1 year of supervised experience in clinical pediatric psychology or 2 years of post-doctoral experience within the past 5 years in practice of psychology with a pediatric focus in the area of clinical neuropsychology, preferably in private practice environment.
• Ability to demonstrate computer literacy sufficient to operate a personal computer using psychological tests, word processing, database and spreadsheet programs, web-based scheduling and EHR software, and basic typing skills sufficient to efficiently produce psychology reports and correspondence.
• Ability to show competence in working in a team-based environment.
• Ph.D. or Psy.D. degree in Clinical Psychology or Clinical Neuropsychology APA-approved psychology program or a minimum of 2 years of experience in the field.
• Ability to show experience or strong interest related to Neurometric Quantitative EEG (qEEG) and Biofeedback/Neurofeedback, forms of neurotherapy and functional neuroimaging
• Familiarization with third-party reimbursement related but not limited to Medicaid, Private Insurance, Worker’s Comp Evaluations, Disability Evaluations, Etc.

Pay: Up to $120,000.00 per year
