Key Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring policyholders receive personalized support and guidance throughout the claims process

Requirements and Skills:
2+ years of experience as a Claims Adjuster, with a strong track record of delivering exceptional customer service
Active All-Lines Adjuster license in your home state, with up-to-date continuing education hours
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to draft business-level communications
Strong listening, problem-solving, and negotiating skills, with a relentless drive to deliver results
Proven organizational and multi-tasking abilities, with a strong attention to detail and commitment to excellence
High school diploma or GED, with a proven ability to work independently and manage schedules effectively
