This role involves managing partnerships, ensuring effective communication, and maintaining accurate records while developing skills in relationship management.ResponsibilitiesManages a smaller portfolio of partnerships with oversight, ensuring accurate coordination and timely follow-up on tasksAssists in maintaining positive relationships with experiential learning partners by acting as a supportive liaisonCommunicates clearly and professionally with partners and colleagues, adapting their style as neededEmbraces a learning-oriented approach, actively seeking feedback from supervisors and partners to improveSupports data management by ensuring that all partner communications and agreements are accurately documented in the CRM system and SharePointWorks closely with internal teams to coordinate IP and EL placements, ensuring that schedules and logistics are aligned with partner needsLearns to identify potential challenges early on and seeks guidance when needed to resolve issues in a timely mannerDemonstrates flexibility and adaptability by adjusting to changing partner needs and deadlinesAs part of their development, the Liaison II contributes insights to enhance partnership strategiesSkillsA bachelor's degree and 1-2 years of relevant professional experienceDemonstrated at least 1-2 years of experience in business-to-business sales or relationship management experience is required, in a healthcare or education setting is considered an assetDemonstrated excellent communication and interpersonal relationship skills are requiredDemonstrated experience with customer relationship management software is requiredDemonstrated experience with Microsoft Office, including Outlook and SharePoint, is requiredAbility to travel based on the cadence indicated aboveDemonstrated proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud is strongly preferredBenefitsThe College will cover travel, lodging, and other accommodations.Company OverviewNightingale Group contributes to closing health equity gaps by elevating education and employment systems to create a relevantly skilled, readily available nursing workforce, representative of the communities they serve.
