Key Responsibilities
Ā Accurately transcribe depositions, hearings, and other judicial proceedings.
Ā Process audio recordings while adhering to established style guides to produce precise verbatim transcripts.
Ā Maintain a keen attention to detail in understanding and documenting spoken content.
Ā Collaborate effectively with our supportive in-office team as needed.
Required Skills
Ā Proven experience in court reporting, scoping, or legal transcription.
Ā Exceptional listening skills and proficiency in grammar, spelling, and comprehension.
Ā Strong adherence to deadlines and client-specific guidelines.
Ā Capacity for remote collaboration and ability to manage time effectively.
Ā Typing speed and accuracy with capability to process challenging audio/text content.
Ā Familiarity with legal terminology and procedures.
Ā Must be able to pass a background check.
Ā Court reporting students are also encouraged to apply.

Ā Significant experience in legal transcription or related fields is required.
