[Remote] Legal Operations Manager – Paralegal

They are seeking a detail-oriented Legal Operations Specialist to oversee critical processes such as contract lifecycle management and e-billing while driving operational efficiency within the legal department.
Responsibilities
• Manage e-billing processes using Brightflag: communicate with outside counsel, review and track legal invoices, and oversee matter management
• Collaborate on legal budgets and assist with invoice review to ensure compliance and efficiency
• Support the legal team with agreement storage and workflows in Evisort for contract lifecycle management (CLM)
• Serve as a technical liaison with the Evisort vendor, assisting with platform updates and troubleshooting
• Occasionally assist in contract review and redlining
• Maintain effective communication within the legal department and with external vendors and counsel
Skills
• Minimum of 2 years of experience supporting in-house legal teams in a legal operations, paralegal, or related capacity
• Proficiency with CLM systems; must provide examples of hands-on CLM work
• Significant experience with e-billing platforms
• Comfortable performing routine administrative tasks and managing digital records
• Must be located in and available to work full-time hours remotely in PST, MST, or CST time zones
• Evisort experience a plus but not required
• Brightflag preferred, similar tools acceptable
