The Role:
As a Case Manager, you’ll be the main point of contact for our clients as they navigate the claims process. This is a fully remote position with regular phone communication with clients and virtual collaboration with colleagues.
You’ll be responsible for:
• Guiding clients through each step of their VA disability claim
• Ensuring deadlines are met and case documentation is accurate and complete
• Drafting letters and appeals for attorney review
• Communicating effectively with attorneys, support staff, and clients
• Collaborating with a close-knit team to achieve shared goals
What We’re Looking For
• Prior experience in a legal office is required
• Exceptional organizational and time-management skills
• Strong interpersonal and phone communication abilities
• Comfortable with technology and remote tools (Zoom, Microsoft Teams, shared drives, virtual desktops)
• Proficiency in word processing and case management software
• A team player who thrives in a collaborative, goal-oriented environment
