While most tasks can be done remotely, you’ll need to be available for in-person property tours when required. Responsibilities: • Respond to rental inquiries and provide property information. • Schedule and conduct on-site property tours. • Assist renters through the leasing and application process. • Maintain clear communication with property management. Qualifications: • Strong communication and customer service skills. • Reliable transportation for in-person tours. • Self-motivated and organized. • Previous experience in sales, leasing, or customer service is preferred but not required. Key Details: • Commission-only pay with no base salary. • Travel expenses are not reimbursed. • Relocation to Boston is not supported with rent or expenses.
