Remote Learning Producer (Instructional Design and High tech industry) This role is provided by Insight Global. Pay will be based on skills and experience. Base Pay Range $60.00/hr - $68.00/hr Client Google Remoteness Fully remote and long‑term contract. Experience 5+ years in Instructional Design and experience designing engineering or tech‑level e‑learning trainings. Coming from a high‑tech industry. Must Haves • Knowledge of adult learning principles • Experience developing blended flagship learning programs • Experience designing for live and virtual training delivery • Ability to develop and deliver engaging and effective presentations • Working knowledge of learning management systems (LMS) Preferred Skills • Instructional Design tools: Articulate 360 (Storyline, Rise), Camtasia, Google Slides • Strong ability to adjust to change and guide projects and teams • Technical training background focused on engineering material Day to Day Responsibilities • Design, develop and deliver engaging learning experiences for employees at all levels. • Manage learning projects: prioritize, break into tasks, monitor schedule, scope and stakeholders. • Think strategically and creatively to solve unexpected problems. • Map and control vital processes within the project ecosystem. • Adjust and implement changing technology, business and tools. • Work with Google Workplace Suite (Drive, Docs, Sheets, Slides, Chat, Calendar).
