• Leveraging modern, AI-supported tools to support focus and efficiency
• Designing your own schedule in a fully remote environment
• Taking responsibility for your consistency, discernment, and results
Skills
• 5+ years of professional experience (manager, director, senior IC, consultant, or similar)
• Entrepreneurial in mindset, whether or not you currently identify as a founder or consultant
• Questioning whether traditional career models still reflect who you are becoming
• Engaged in personal development, leadership growth, or self-inquiry
• Value autonomy, integrity, and sustainable success
