Key Responsibilities • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and new business opportunities. • Generate, qualify, and manage leads through email, phone, social media, and other digital channels. • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of lead activity in the CRM system. • Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure smooth handover of qualified leads. • Develop and execute targeted outreach strategies to engage potential customers. • Monitor and report on lead generation metrics and KPIs, providing actionable insights. • Participate in regular team meetings and contribute innovative ideas for improving lead generation processes. Required Skills and Qualifications • Proven experience in lead generation, sales development, or a related role. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. • Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Hub Spot, Zoho) and lead generation software. • Strong research and analytical skills to identify and qualify potential leads. • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently in a remote environment. • Familiarity with digital marketing channels and social media platforms is an advantage. Experience • Minimum of 2 years of experience in lead generation, business development, or sales support roles. • Experience in B2B lead generation, particularly within the technology, services, or consulting sectors, is preferred. Working Hours • Full-time remote role. • Flexible working hours aligned with Singapore time zone (SST/GMT+8). • Ability to attend virtual meetings and collaborate with a distributed team.
