Your key responsibilities will include:
Sourcing new affiliation leads through cold calling, data mining, and targeted outreach campaigns
Building and maintaining a robust prospect database (CRM) to ensure accuracy and integrity
Developing and executing strategic approaches to new and existing markets to drive growth
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to increase deal flow and enhance performance
Representing Heartland Dental at trade shows, dental conferences, and other industry events to generate leads and promote our brand
To succeed in this role, you will need:
2+ years of experience in a related field with CRM databases (ideally HubSpot and Microsoft Dynamics)
A bachelor's degree and a strong track record of achievement
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with potential partners
Self-motivation, drive, and a results-oriented mindset
Ability to work well under pressure, prioritize multiple tasks, and maintain a high level of organization
