Responsibilities

ā¢ Lead and mentor the development team
ā¢ Develop and review complex code and technical designs
ā¢ Define best practices, coding standards, and system guidelines
ā¢ Integrate APIs, databases, and third-party systems
ā¢ Ensure application performance, security, and scalability
ā¢ Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions
Skills
ā¢ Strong expertise in C#, .NET Framework, and .NET Core
ā¢ Experience with system architecture and design patterns
ā¢ Knowledge of SQL Server and database optimization
ā¢ Experience with REST APIs, microservices, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
ā¢ Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
