Remote Lawyer for High-Stakes, Urgent Filings and Court Action in California
We are seeking an experienced California-licensed Litigation Attorney to support high-stakes, time-sensitive civil litigation matters. This is a remote, partner-level engagement focused on urgent filings, court actions, and strategic litigation support. The ideal candidate is highly responsive, comfortable working under tight deadlines, and experienced in managing complex litigation matters independently. Key Responsibilities • Draft, review, and file urgent pleadings, motions, and court documents • Handle time-sensitive court actions in California state courts • Provide strategic legal analysis and litigation guidance • Ensure compliance with California procedural and filing requirements • Collaborate with internal and external legal teams as needed Required Qualifications • Active California Bar license (in good standing) • 5–8 years of civil litigation experience • Proven experience handling urgent or high-stakes filings • Strong legal writing, research, and analytical skills • Ability to work independently in a remote environment • Availability to respond quickly to time-sensitive matters Preferred Qualifications • Prior partner-level or lead litigation experience • Experience managing critical deadlines and emergency filings • Familiarity with complex or high-risk litigation matters • Compensation & Engagement Details • Hourly Rate: $300/hour • Estimated Duration: 3–6 months • Engagement Type: Contract / Partner-level • Location: Fully remote (California matters only) Pay: $300.00 per hour Work Location:Remote Apply tot his job
