This role involves formulating and maintaining the Knowledge Management plan, curating legal documents, and facilitating collaboration among attorneys to optimize practice workflows.
Responsibilities
⢠Formulate and maintain the Knowledge Management (KM) plan with practice leadership
⢠Curate and create key legal documents, guidelines, and resources for the practice
⢠Identify and summarize legal and market developments for stakeholders
⢠Capture market trends to optimize the practice's experience database
⢠Facilitate collaboration among attorneys using effective communication tools
⢠Analyze and refine workflow processes for improved matter management
⢠Lead training programs for both internal teams and clients
Skills
⢠J.D. from ABA accredited law school with state bar admission
⢠5 years of relevant legal experience in a law firm, government agency, or in-house department
⢠Substantive knowledge in areas such as Data Protection, Environmental and FDA Regulatory law
⢠Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with attention to detail
⢠Experience with legal technologies and project management
