[Remote] Junior RPA Support Analyst - UiPath (Remote – EST/CST) - Only W2
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. ActiveSoft, Inc is seeking a Junior RPA Support Analyst to provide operational support for UiPath RPA bots. The role focuses on troubleshooting, monitoring, and customer support, working closely with RPA Engineers and business users to ensure smooth bot performance. Responsibilities • Provide daily operational support for UiPath RPA bots used within ERP-related business processes • Troubleshooting • Monitoring • Customer support • Work closely with RPA Engineers and business users to resolve automation issues and ensure smooth bot performance Skills • This is Not a Developer role • Foundational RPA experience (coursework, internship, or entry-level work) • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills • Customer service mindset and ability to communicate clearly • Basic knowledge of: SQL • Basic knowledge of: VBA/VB scripting or Excel Macros • Basic knowledge of: Working with APIs • Bachelor’s degree preferred • Exposure to UiPath (preferred) • Experience with other RPA platforms is also acceptable: Automation Anywhere, Microsoft Power Automate, Blue Prism, Appian, Kofax, Pega, Workato.
