Remote Junior Data Analyst (Full-Time or Part-Time, Flexible Hours)

Responsibilities
ā¢ Collect, clean, and transform raw datasets from multiple sources (spreadsheets, APIs, CRM exports) for internal analysis.
ā¢ Assist in creating and maintaining dashboards that track business metrics, customer behavior, and performance trends.
ā¢ Analyze A/B testing data and marketing campaign results to identify areas for improvement.
ā¢ Work closely with senior analysts to develop reports that are both visually appealing and easy to interpret for non-technical stakeholders.
ā¢ Conduct exploratory analysis to uncover insights, patterns, and anomalies.
ā¢ Document your analysis methods and results in shared reports for team reference.
ā¢ Participate in weekly team meetings and contribute insights to ongoing data-driven projects.
Qualifications
ā¢ Bachelors degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent hands-on experience).
ā¢ Basic understanding of SQL and comfort working with databases.
ā¢ Experience with Excel or Google Sheets, especially pivot tables and basic functions.
ā¢ Exposure to at least one data visualization tool (Tableau, Power BI, Google Data Studio).
ā¢ Familiarity with Python or R is a plus, but not required.
ā¢ Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a remote environment.
ā¢ Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Compensation & Benefits
