[Remote] Junior Analyst / Newsletter Writer

They are seeking a Junior Analyst / Newsletter Writer to collaborate with the content team in creating daily financial newsletters and engaging with the community through social media. Responsibilities Collaborate with the content team to write Finimize’s daily and weekly financial newsletters Scan the day’s newsflow and select the stories that matter most Write stories and related content in the Finimize style and format Develop and write insightful takeaways that help readers connect the dots Upload and manage content in systems including Wagtail, Sailthru, and WordPress Select and curate daily content features such as Graph Of The Day and On Our Radar Create compelling social media posts and actively engage with our community across different platforms Skills Experience analyzing, discussing, and/or writing about financial markets (direct analyst experience or internships is a plus) Familiarity with best practices in social media content management Strong ability to understand and explain macroeconomic trends and financial concepts Ability to interpret and explain the performance of individual companies Strong numeracy skills and meticulous attention to detail Demonstrable writing skills and full professional fluency in English Willingness to work according to the newsflow (some late nights required) and meet tight deadlines A genuine passion for financial markets and investing Benefits Generous equity package. 33 days of annual holiday in total (25 days plus 8 UK bank holidays).
