[Remote] Junior AI/ML scientist

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Daice Labs is building hybrid AI frameworks that integrate today's models into systems that learn continuously. They are seeking a Junior AI/ML Engineer responsible for developing, testing, and optimizing AI/ML models with a focus on hybrid AI architectures. Responsibilities • Developing, testing, and optimizing AI/ML models with a focus on hybrid AI architectures • Implementing innovative algorithms • Conducting experiments to validate models • Collaborating with cross-functional teams • Contributing to research on new AI paradigms • Translating research findings into practical applications • Building scalable AI solutions Skills • Strong understanding of Pattern Recognition, Neural Networks, LLMs, agentic architectures, hybrid and composite AI • Proficiency in Computer Science and ML Algorithms (proficiency in python and ML stack languages) • Experience with Statistics, evaluation, inference, platform integration • Good problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Bachelor's or Master's degree in AI, Machine Learning, Computer Science, or related field • Experience in hybrid AI architectures, reinforcement learning, evolutionary search, symbolic techniques, and program synthesis Company Overview • The Problem Current AI shines on benchmarks but breaks in the wild—brittle under distribution shift, costly to retrain, hard to audit, and hard to adapt.
