They are seeking a creative and innovative Jr Social Media Strategist to manage social media content, implement strategies, and organize monthly reporting to enhance clients' online presence. Responsibilities Manage social media content and traffic Define most important social media KPIs Manage and help create social media content Measure the success of social media campaigns through monthly reporting Stay up to date with latest social media best practices and technologies Use social media marketing tools such as Sprout and other posting tools Work in multidisciplinary team with copywriters and designers Collaborate with Marketing, Ads, Photo/Video and Account Manager teams Create Instagram stories and reels Create strategies to help the team stay innovative Provide constructive feedback Strong photo selection skills for social media posts and ads Canva and Adobe experience a plus Skills Knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Tik Tok, Google+ and other social media best practices for business Experience with doing audience and buyer persona research Good understanding of social media KPIs Outstanding multitasking skills Critical thinker and problem-solving skills Be a strong team player Good organizational and time-management skills Great interpersonal and communication skills Canva and Adobe experience a plus Company Overview The Leading Social Media and Creative Digital Agency in the U.S. & Canada.
