[Remote] Jr. Salesforce Administrator

As a Junior Salesforce Administrator, you will support the administration and optimization of Salesforce, ensuring a reliable experience for users while collaborating with senior team members on various Salesforce projects.ResponsibilitiesSupport configuration of SalesforceAssist with user management tasks including user setup, permissions, profiles, and access requestsHelp execute routine administrative tasks and system updatesServe as a first point of contact for Salesforce questions and issues, troubleshooting common user issues and escalating complex problemsAssist with data imports, updates, and cleanup activities to maintain data accuracy and consistencyPerform routine data audits and help enforce data quality standardsAssist with gathering and documenting requirements for Salesforce enhancementsHelp maintain technical documentation and internal process guidesManage Salesforce projects from requirements gathering through configuration, testing, and deployment, under the guidance of senior team membersBuild and maintain standard Salesforce reports and dashboardsSupport updates to existing reporting based on business needsSkills1-3 years of experience working with Salesforce in an administrative capacitySalesforce Administrator Certification (ADM-201), or actively working toward certificationFoundational understanding of Salesforce core concepts (objects, fields, page layouts, permissions)Exposure to Salesforce configuration, reporting, or user support in a business environmentBasic experience with Salesforce reports and dashboardsFamiliarity with data management concepts (imports, updates, data hygiene)Experience with additional Sales Technology (Gong, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator) is an assetBenefitsFlexible benefitsRemote-first environmentTools and opportunities you need to grow and developCompany OverviewFlipp is a retail technology company that is reinventing the way people shop.
